If you wish to be able to order prescriptions online, book appointments and have access to test results and hospital letters, please read the Patient Information Leaflet document below firs. You will need to bring to the surgery a signed consent form (also below) with the 2 necessary ID requirements before access can be processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to be processed.

If you are experiencing problems with using this software, please use the "contact support" button at the bottom right hand side of the patient access page - Patient Access will now only liaise direct through patients' emails and not via the surgery anymore.
