With the ever changing situation with the Coronavirus please DO NOT enter the surgery unless you have a pre booked appointment today.
If you require an appointment or have any queries please telephone the surgery on 01843 231661 or for queries you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may email prescription requests to the email address (as above). You could also arrange with your current pharmacy to request medications for you. Please nominate a pharmacy for your prescription to be sent to and arrange your own medication delivery direct with the pharmacy - we are not able to do this.
If you have an appointment please knock and wait at the door, one of the receptionists will come and get you. We need to be extra cautious to protect our vulnerable patients who may still need to come for an appointment.
Thank you for your assistance at this very difficult and challenging time.
Advice on attending appointments at the surgery
Public guidance - attending appointments at the surgery
We will be holding our next flu clinic on Saturday 26th September. There are three types of
- Drop-in 65+ clinic between 8am – 1pm - no appointment necessary
- Booked clinic for 18-64 year olds (at risk patients only) - please book appointment with Reception beforehand
- Booked clinic for Children (2 & 3 year olds with date of birth between 1st September 2016 and 31st August 2018, and under 18s in an ‘at risk group) - please book appointment with Reception beforehand
As we will need to be very aware of social distancing and Covid-19 guidelines, the flu clinics will be held in the surgery car park (gazebo's will be erected) - obviously only disabled parking will be available, so where possible, please try to either walk to the surgery or park away from the surgery to avoid road chaos.

Inappropriate Social Media usage
It has come to our attention that some people are leaving unofficial reviews on various social media sites (e.g. facebook etc), including the use of extremely inappropriate language and personal attacks on members of staff. This is not acceptable and may result in action being taken by the surgery (and other public bodies). These sites are not anything to do with Northdown Surgery - we have no editing or control rights and no responses will be made to these comments. In order to have your review/feedback/complaint responded to in the appropriate way, please use the correct channels as above.
