You will be contacted when we can are next able to offer the vaccine, unfortunately we are not in control of when we receive the vaccines. Please do not call the surgery regarding the vaccine (only if you DO NOT want the vaccination) - we will definitely contact you. Please keep phone lines free for patients who are not well and need to book appointments.
>50s Flu Clinics
We are still rolling out the flu vaccine for the >50's and we will be contacting you with regards to attending a clinic sometime during the next month.
If you require an appointment or have any queries please telephone the surgery on 01843 231661 or for queries you can mail email@example.com. You will only be allowed to enter the surgery for pre-booked appointments or to collect prescriptions/fit notes etc.
You can arrange with your current pharmacy to request medications for you. Please nominate a pharmacy for your prescription to be sent to and arrange your own medication delivery direct with the pharmacy - we are not able to do this.

Patient Access software problem
PLEASE NOTE: There is a software error with the Patient Access system and it has affected the ability for all patients to be able to view their documents at the moment. The software company are still working on this which is proving very difficult to solve (Updated 4th November 2020)

Inappropriate Social Media usage
It has come to our attention that some people are leaving unofficial reviews on various social media sites (e.g. facebook etc), including the use of extremely inappropriate language and personal attacks on members of staff. This is not acceptable and may result in action being taken by the surgery (and other public bodies). These sites are not anything to do with Northdown Surgery - we have no editing or control rights and no responses will be made to these comments. In order to have your review/feedback/complaint responded to in the appropriate way, please use the correct channels as above.
